Erin Legg

Erin Legg (she/her), Partner since 2015 | Finance & Operations

Erin is Willamette Partnership’s resident expert on all things financial and operational. With over 20 years of financial management experience in the private and non-profit sectors, she specializes in developing efficient, right-sized, adaptive systems for financial management. She has also led the development of many of WP’s unique internal systems and policies that help make sure the ways we work together reflect our core principles – from our HR policies and compensation approach to strategic planning and board engagement.

Erin also leads external work focused on helping a diverse set of partners – including cross-sector collaboratives, Tribal government staff, and fellow non-profits – navigate through financial and operational challenges, from strategic financial planning to grant-seeking and financial management.

Many accounting and operational positions can be really siloed and feel isolated or separated from program work and partnerships. But that is not how I work here–I’m invited and encouraged to participate in ways that I wouldn’t get to anywhere else. I can really see my work contributing towards our mission. It’s a pretty magical place to work.
