Teresa Jacobs

Teresa Jacobs (President) is a leadership coach and consultant. Jacobs’ curiosity and thirst for adventure has guided her through 20 years of diverse professional experiences that ranged from public health research to environmental law and now coaching. She is a passionate advocate of inclusion and belonging, wellness and purpose-driven life and work. In her prior legal work, Jacobs focused on environmental law under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Oregon’s superfund law; Clean Water Act; Clean Air Act; and other federal, state, and local environmental laws. In addition to a law degree, Jacobs has also received a master’s degree in public health. Teresa served as a program manager for various nonprofit organizations and as an injury and violence prevention coordinator for the State of New Mexico.
