We cannot do it alone. We need you to help make conservation and restoration happen faster, more effectively, and on larger scales today. Will you join us?
Willamette Partnership is a conservation non-profit with a deep commitment to helping build stronger, healthier, and more equitable communities. We believe that when nature thrives, so do people. We envision a world in which people create resilient ecosystems, healthy communities, and vibrant economies by investing in nature. We approach our work through close collaboration with partners in government, environmental justice, conservation, business, community development, agriculture and forestry, public health, science, and culturally-specific and community-based organizations.
We are a small team of dedicated individuals that work together in partnership to grow, learn, and lend our individual strengths to achieve our mission. We find strength in that partnership; we take joy in meaningful contribution; and we work with integrity, ensuring our actions are consistent with our shared values. The partners that make up Willamette Partnership bring a diverse set of skills and perspectives. Our common ground is that we believe effective collaboration can build a better world.
We believe that diverse perspectives create stronger solutions, and we encourage applicants with experience working on community-led solutions with leaders in tribal government and Black, Latino, rural, and disabilities communities.
We are seeking a new partner that will help lead and grow our InfrastructureNext program, finding sustainable water solutions for small, low-income, and rural communities, and others that have experienced inequity under current approaches to infrastructure and conservation. This is a new position, with room to grow the work in new directions.
