This is a Request for Quotes for the development of a floodplain storage quantification method for a Natural Resources Conservation Service Floodplain Managers Toolkit Project.

Willamette Partnership (Partnership) intends to hire a consultant to develop a quantification method that measures floodplain storage and attenuation for the NRCS Floodplain Managers Toolkit Project (Project). The consultant selected by the Partnership shall enter into a Contract for Professional Services with the Partnership.
